Rates

Please contact me to discuss rates.  I have a standard fee, and also reserve time for people who need a reduced fee.

Insurance

I am an out-of-network provider.  This means that you pay me directly, and then receive reimbursement from your insurance company.  I will provide you with the paperwork you need to request reimbursement from your insurance.  Depending on your plan, you may be reimbursed a high percentage of the fee.

I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

• What is the reimbursement rate for psychotherapy sessions?
• Is there a “reasonable and customary fee” for psychotherapy sessions?  If so, what is it?
• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
• Does my plan limit the reimbursement amount for psychotherapy sessions per calendar year? If so, what is the limit?

Payment

I accept payment directly on my site via this page through credit cards or HSA cards.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least one week beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
